This remarkably fresh ace displays plentiful margins, radiant overprint inks and vividly detailed engraved design elements. The blue paper on the bottom of the note remains vivid, along with an intricately lathed design on the reverse which is found in dark green ink. Track and Price reports 600 of these notes in their census, with only a scant few encountered in these Gem grade levels. Scarce this pleasing.
