CHINA. Various Dynasties. Group of Early Cast Cash (Approximately 380 Pieces), ND (ca. 3rd Century BC to 10th Century AD). Grade Range: FINE to VERY FINE.An academic study group of cast copper Cash containing issues of Wu Zhu, Wang Mang, Han Dynasties, Three Kingdoms, Northern and Southern Dynasties, Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms as well as issues from other dynasties and multiple Cash and Iron issues. Most are attributed in 2x2 cardboard holders, but some have no attribution. Most have encrustation, earthen deposits and heavy patina. Some have been cleaned, have corrosion and/or have other defects. Some later made pieces possibly of 20th Century manufacture may be mixed in and should be examined. Close personal inspection is advised and will reward the diligent bidder. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS.
