On September 1, 2019, the United States enacted new tariffs on collectors items of Chinese origin, including bullion and numismatic coins and banknotes. CHINA. Dollar, Year 3 (1911). PCGS Genuine--Scratch, EF Details Gold Shield.L&M-37; K-227; KM-Y-31; WS-0046b; Ta Han-118 (p. 66). Variety with no dot after "DOLLAR" and extra flame. A richly toned example with several thin scratches around the circumference of the obverse from long ago now tone over matching the rest of the coin. A presentable example of this popular last Imperial issue, clearly this piece sat for a prolonged period of time undisturbed.
