Mao seen at right with watermark at left. Scarcely available and seldom offered through public auctions. This note closely resembles its issued counterpart, with the face printing found virtually identical, less the serial numbers, colorful guilloche at center and 100 counters. The reverse, however, is missing the building and columns vignette, along with the overprint at top right, along with the three denominations found on the issued notes reverse. The penciled date of "99-7-20" is seen on the reverse along with another annotation. PMG comments "Previously Mounted."
