An ever popular and alluring type, this example is quite RARE in such an elevated, elite state of preservation, and is tied with just three other specimens for the finest graded in the NGC census--one of the other three being lot 41391 in our 2020 May Hong Kong auction, which realized a total of $33,600. The present piece offers mostly steel gray surfaces with a robust luster and a charming tone comprised of golden-cobalt hues intensifying as one approaches the peripheries.
