Also included are 67 196B replacements $1s which all have Joseph W. Barrs signature. Joseph Barr was appointed the Secretary of the Treasury position when Henry H. Fowler resigned in December of 1968, and would only serve the position for the rest of Presidents Johnsons term in office, which was 28 days.
