Fleharty operated a company that advertised as "stencil cutters, engravers, seal engravers" and manufactured rubber stamps starting in the 1870s at 221 Superior St. in Cleveland, OH. They were located at 1373 W. 3rd St as late as the 1920s. They also had an office in Chicago and made railroad baggage checks and badges.
