TITUS, A.D. 79-81. AR Denarius (3.09 gms), Rome Mint, A.D. 80. NEARLY EXTREMELY FINE. RIC-128; RSC-321. Obverse: Laureate head right; Reverse: Filleted tripod surmounted by dolphin right. Pleasingly toned and with some luster remaining in the protected areas, this attractive piece does exhibit a minor flan break on the reverse. Nevertheless, a great Flavian portrait.
