GERMANY. Regensburg. 1/4 Taler, ND (ca. 1711-40). Charles VI. PCGS EF-45 Gold Shield. KM-275; Beckenbauer-6334. A wholesome and nicely preserved example of the type exhibiting moderate even wear on the high points of the obverse while the reverse is quite bold. Lovely rich old cabinet patina radiates from the devices with argent coloration on the high points, dove gray tone in the open areas and slate patina in the protected areas all with a slight iridescent sheen.
