Obverse: Laureate head right; Reverse: Pax standing left on parazonium(?), holding caduceu; to right, coiled serpent arising from cista mystica; all within laurel wreath. Though a few light scratches in the obverse field are noted, as well as some off-centering to the strike, an otherwise remarkable example of the type, presenting an alluring deep cabinet tone and strong, bold strike, along with some hints of luster in the protected areas and stunning eye appeal.
