An interesting uncut $1-$5 pair of proof notes from the Bank of Syracuse. Found with hole punch cancellations through the signature panels. Pink stamp from ABNC found on the reverse. Found without red protectors one the face of the notes. The $1 displays farmers with cattle drinking at upper left, the state die at top center, and bridge with trees at lower right. The $5 displays running horses at top center, a male portrait lower right and state die at lower left.
