CHINA. Qing (Ching) Dynasty. Jiangxi. 50 Cash, ND (1855-60). Nanchang Mint. Emperor Xian Feng (Wenzong). Graded "75" by GBCA. Hartill-22.931; FD-2506; S-1590. Weight: 45.3 gms. "Xian Feng zhong bao"; Reverse: "Dang wushi" (Value Fifty). A nicely preserved example with even wear on the high points and natural rough surface texture in the open areas, though somewhat smooth from wear. Minor earthen deposits amongst the devices and crevasses are noted for accuracy. Rich mottled brassy tone is noticed on top of the devices while dark patina is in the open fields. A nice wholesome example with a good look.
