Pink "ONE" protectors at left and right on face, with seal at center. This pink ink has bled through to the reverse. The reverse of the note displays denomination at center, left and right, with ornate design surrounding the denominations. On September 1, 2019, the United States enacted new tariffs on collectors items manufactured in China.
