Tied for second finest certified of the type with only one other example and only one finer (PCGS PR 66 DCAM). An EXTREMELY RARE issue of this popular and highly collected type. A fantastic Gem example displaying crisp frosted devices in stark contrast to the silky smooth flashy mirrored proof surfaces. The surfaces display lovely mottled sunset hued tone on both the obverse and reverse giving a nice look.
