A fully lustrous little Gem, nearly pristine in its appearance, with light obverse toning and delightful multicolored hues across the reverse. Conditionally RARE in this grade, with PCGS having only seen one finer. On September 1, 2019, the United States enacted new tariffs on collectors items manufactured in China.
