Signed by the famous Italian engraver near the rim and above right shoulder, this sublime Gem presents Yuan Shih-kai in high feathered hat. With just five graded finer in the PCGS census, this incredibly vibrant and blazing specimen offers splendid eye appeal and will assuredly dazzle the gaze of its new owner.
