CHINA. Wei Yuanbao. Imitation Principal Ingots. Gold 1 Tael Presentation Ingot, ND (ca. 1940s). VERY FINE. cf. BMC-Class XXXIII group C # 362. Weight: 31.11 gms. "Zu Chi" (Pure red[gold]). A natural void in the surface of the ingot prevents the characters from being struck up, but are still identifiable. Another neat issue sure to add depth an advanced collection of ingots.
