Notes from this series are typically found in either Uncirculated or very low grades. In a single word, this note is a STUNNER! It has all the qualities of a Gem appearing note. The centering is excellent, The colors are striking with blue tinted paper contrasting nicely with the red seal, serial number protectors and floral over-printed design, and the paper has that signature frosty white look that one desires for this series. The folds are extremely light and virtually unnoticeable from the front. An untrained eye would instantly call this note About Uncirculated, and many would have a hard time arguing that.
