1943-S Lincoln Cent. MS-68 (PCGS). A gorgeous coin, both sides are brightly lustrous with a full strike throughout the design. Virtually pristine, as befits the assigned grade, an area of semi-reflective die burn on the reverse at the letter O in ONE is as made. Survivors from the San Francisco Mints delivery of 191,550,000 pieces are the most challenging zinc-coated steel cents to locate in the finest Mint State grades, as here. Near the top of the PCGS Population Report for the issue, this fantastic condition rarity would do justice to any Lincoln cent collection on the Set Registry.
