1908-S Indian Cent. MS-66 RD (PCGS). Satin to softly frosted light orange surfaces are expectably smooth for the assigned grade. The strike is sharp in all but a few isolated areas. The perennially popular 1908-S is the first mintmarked cent in U.S. coinage history. It is also a semi-key date issue in the Indian series with a limited mintage of 1,115,000 pieces, premium Gems such as this rare from a condition standpoint.
