拍品描述： 1976 Corum U.S. Bicentennial Gold and Diamond Coin Watch. 18 K Yellow gold. 85.14 grams total weight. The face of the watch is round with a genuine 1893 United States $5 Half Eagle gold coin at the center. The coin is encircled by approximately 235 fully cut diamonds arranged in 4 circles of ever larger diamond diameters progressing outward from the edge of the coin. An additional larger diamond serves as a decoration to the stem. The back of the watch, in addition to the coin design, bears the inscription 1776 BICENTENNIAL 1976 and is serial numbered 25/75 above the coin. The watch winds properly and apparently runs smoothly. The remarkable 18 K Corum gold mesh band is flawless, and the clasp works perfectly. The watch measures 7 3/8 inches from the outer end of one clasp to the outer end of the other with the clasp closed. Very rare and collectible - as well as being a timepiece of ultimate quality.
