Otherwise smooth and attractive, a small carbon spot in the right obverse field is mentioned solely for accuracy.A forward-facing portrait of Treasury Secretary David M. Kennedy is shown on the obverse of JK AC-114, while the reverse features the Treasury Department seal. The 1970 is one of the most elusive issues in the later Assay Commission medal series, offered here in exceptional Gem preservation.
