This apparently unpublished Washington oval presents the same half-length Washington bust as the familiar cast medallion, in slightly smaller size. It is wholly without inscription or artists name and may be an aftercast with a finished medallion as its casting model. The back bears remnants of adhesive. Light golden-brown patina.
