拍品描述： 1904年大清邮政伦敦版蟠龙加盖欠资ｌ分新票邮局总包１件, 带原封皮, 封皮印有红色 "大清国邮政/欠资一分票一千个" 英汉双语字样, 另有负责人印记, 内装伦敦版蟠龙加盖欠资ｌ分新票左右双全格小版12 件, 带边纸并右上角位有编号 "214-225", 背面均附硫酸衬纸, 该衬纸在一些地方 (在某些版格的底部) 粘附了起来, 导致一些背胶乾了, 除此外, 整体保存完好, 带有原始信封的稀有收藏品, 极为难得.China Postage Dues 1904 1c. ochre in the original Chinese Imperial Post distribution envelope “1,000 Postage-due Stamps, 1 Cent”. The envelope contains twelve blocks, each being four panes with margin at top and manuscript sheet number in the top right corner “214“ to “225 “ and one block of two panes. The stamps are from plate II, panes J, K, L and M. Each sheet is with its original backing paper which has adhered in a few places (at the bottom of some panes) causing some dried gum, otherwise extremely fresh unmounted mint.
