1893年8月30日寄上海商业封, 盖紫色㰐圆形烟台书信馆日戳, 旁盖黑色有框 "PAID" 戳, 下端有手写 "Chefoo 1 ct" 字样, 封背盖9月1日蓝色上海书信馆到达日戳, 及邮务员手写记号, 此外封舌上有红色火漆一枚. 少见且保存良好, 特别是有手稿邮资符号.Chefoo Pre Adhesive Mail 1893 (30 Aug.) printed commercial envelope to Shanghai Per "<I>s. Nuchang" bearing a light strike of the oval "<H>chefoo/local post" datestamp in purple and framed "PAID" in black with manuscript "<I>Chefoo 1 ct" in pencil in the lower corner, a superb strike of Shanghai Local Post c.d.s. in blue (1.9) and the postmans delivery characters in blue crayon along with red wax seal of Fergusson & Co.
