A strongRARE /strongProof of the type, obviously meticulously produced, with deep reflective qualities in the fields and cameo-producing frost atop Nicholas IIs bust and the reverse eagle. Several razor-thin scratches on the obverse, most notable being one that runs from the legend at 4 oclock to just beneath Nicholas IIs bust, result in the "details" assignment from NGC.
