Red cursive specimen overprint seen across center, with red cancellation stamps at both ends. Perforated cancelled. Seen printed in pale tan ink. Obverse displays S.B.S.A.L. printed in dark green ink. An exceedingly rare Specimen type, seen in a pleasing mid-grade state of preservation.
