Obverse: + IҺS XIS RЄX RЄGNANTIҺM, facing bust of Christ Pantokrator, with dash in each limb of nimbus cross; Reverse: + ЬASIL C COҺSTAҺTI Ь R, crowned half-length busts of Basil, wearing loros, and Constantine, wearing chlamys, holding between them a long, patriarchal cross crosslet. An exquisite specimen presenting little evidence of any actual wear, this robustly lustrous example offers a high degree of brilliance and radiating charm.
