Obverse: Helmeted head of Athena right; Reverse: Owl standing right, head facing; olive sprig and crescent to left; all within incuse square. A slightly earlier issue than that which is commonly encountered, this series can be identified by the head of the owl being slightly tilted rather than facing head-on. A charmingly toned example with bold relief.
