The in hand appearance is smooth with no significant marks or other blemishes in evidence. All major design elements are fully outlined, the overall design fully appreciable. This is a moderately scarce die marriage of the 1805 Draped Bust half dollar in an absolute sense, the terminal die state offered here extremely difficult to locate and tentatively rated Rarity-7 by Herrman (Spring 2019).
