Seen with quite pleasing appeal for the technical grade with still strong overprints. Although many pinholes are sighted they are mostly not obtrusive to the design. PMG comments "Pinholes." The note shows with the earlier Lyons - Roberts signature combination and is quite less available than the later Teehee - Burke signed note.<p><p>
