1868 Indian Cent. MS-66 RB (PCGS).A sharply struck, fully defined example that also sports dominant autumn-orange color to both sides. Toning is minimal with only the lightest iridescent brown to justify the RB designation from PCGS. Due to widespread redemption and melting through the 1870s, all early bronze Indian cents are scarce in Mint State. At Gem MS-66, the coin offered here is decidedly rare from a condition standpoint and would serve with distinction in an advanced collection of this popular small cent series.
