Victoria (1837-1901), proof Groat, 1837, 6h, 1.96g, young head left, rev. Britannia seated right, edge grained (ESC 3318 (1929A) R6; S.3913), about extremely fine, with much residual brilliance to fields, a great rarity from a very small mintage from which it is estimated only six or seven pieces have survived - this being considered the best, in NGC Waterbird holder, graded PF58 (Cert. #4861777-022).
