"Fang Yong Yuan Hao Hui Hao Wen Yin" (Fangyongyuan Bank, remittance bank fine silver), "Guan gong Gu Tong She Kan" (inspected by official public assayers Tong and She) down on right, and "Guan Gong Gu Zhou Chen Kan" (inspected by official public assayers Zhou and Chen) up on left. Clear and bold side stamps and readable assay stamps, with some weakness but readable central stamp. Piece is overall dark gray toned with underlying luster and pleasing faint traces of iridescence.
