拍品描述： 民国十一年湖南省宪成立纪念一圆银币。 非常罕见的版别，如此保存状态更为稀少。深打，丝滑光泽，包浆底色为灰色，覆盖诱人暖金，别具格调，当属民国铸币集藏中出类拔萃的一枚。军阀混战年代，人民希望统一，亦有意在其省份拥有自治权。湖南省省长赵恆锡为免该省陷入内战，致力制定省宪，并最终于1922年1月1日完成。此币即为湖南省宪成立纪念币。

In a time of presidents and warlords the people wanted to unite, but also to have autonomy in their own provinces. Zhao Hengxi, the governor of Hunan wanted to protect the province from civil war so he worked diligently to establish the Provincial Constitution and was finally successful on January 1, 1922.
