Obverse: Crowned and cuirassed bust facing, holding globus cruciger and shield decorated with horseman motif; Reverse: Cross potent set upon four steps; Θς//OB+✷. An exceptionally lustrous example of this lighter weight issue, struck to correspond to 22 siliquae rather than the usual 24. A minor die crack and some die rust is noted near the top of the obverse.
