Imitating the types of Alexander III (the Great) of Macedon. Obverse: Stylized head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin; Reverse: Stylized Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and scepter; pelleted cross to left, monogram below throne, barbarous legend to right. A lightly toned example of these imitative issues, showing good centering and only a few minor marks.
