This is a set that is extremely put together with the Postel-Vinay Signatures, all watermarked, with matching serial numbers , micro-roulette Specimen punches and black Specimen over-stamps. This offers collectors a rare opportunity to acquire these pieces with matching Specimen varieties. Some minor counting crinkles that are extremely negligible but are mentioned for accuracy. Excellent color and embossing also noted.
