Containing just a hint of circulation, but maintaining all pertinent detail with exquisite centering. Arched Reserve Bank of India on top with an Ashoka pillar at center, and serving as the left sides watermark. Rs/10000/Rs watermark at right. H.V.R Iyengar signature at the Governors Panel. A language panel in Center on the reverse with the Reserve Bank of India arched above. Reserve Bank of India seal at bottom center with Dus Hajaar Rupaye in Hindi below the right watermark, and Ten Thousand Rupees below the left. Reserve Bank of India Seal type 1, with a type 4 language panel.
