It is identified by a combination of series number and seal position. According to Track and Price, this is just the sixth note known. A PMG 12 recently sold for $2160 in public auction. This example is superior in every way. PMG Comments Repaired. but we dont quite agree with that comment. It appears there is some light white substance on the back that most likely could be professionally removed and conserved. None the less, an attractive and rare example.
