Liberty is wearing a feathered headdress and she supports a liberty pole with her right hand while her left rests on globe inscribed LIBERTY. Two flags are behind the portrait, one of which is ornamented with 13 stars. Rev: A wreath of corn and cotton surrounds the denomination 10 CENTS, the word STANDARD inscribed along the upper border. Brilliant silver gray surfaces are fully struck and reflective in finish.
