This short lived bank was chartered in May of 1875 and liquidated in June of 1879 after issuing a total of $51,400 in Original Series notes only. In 1910 a scant $401 was reported outstanding. Surprisingly, today 31 notes are reported on the bank consisting of 23 Aces and eight Lazy Twos. The bank officers signatures are neatly penned in bold inks and add to the overall allure of this charming Minnesota Ace.
