The luster is intense, the strike: exceptional for the issue. Abundant in lower circulated grades, this variety becomes scarce in Gem Mint State, and none have been graded by either third party service above the MS-68 level, making the present coin tied for finest known. Clearly it belongs in a very advanced collection on the Set Registry.
