The surfaces show the typical microgranularity under magnification but the complexion remains smooth and pleasing to the naked eye. Overall dark espresso-brown in color with a tinge of pinkish hues showing through on the high points. Well defined for the variety, with remarkably sharp definition to the obverse and just a hint of the usual softness at CENT. Handsomely preserved and superior to most examples. Ideal for both type collectors and specialists.
