Specimen-63 (PCGS).Pointing hand and CUIVRE on edge, indicating a Paris Mint strike during the era given. Nice medium chocolate brown with reflective fields. A couple of very subtle spots are present on the obverse, tiny rim cud at 10 oclock on the same side, single contact mark over Washingtons head on the reverse. Struck from the original obverse by DuVivier, now showing some light breaks, and a copy reverse die prepared at the Paris Mint.
