拍品描述： 1880-O Liberty Head Eagle. Winter-1. AU-53 (NGC).We have been unusually fortunate to bring to market several examples of this normally elusive New Orleans Mint issue through our recent sales. The present example -- one of two 1880-O eagles in this auction -- is a vividly patinated, olive-orange coin with plenty of original luster remaining on both sides.
