The reverse with an inlay of the reverse of the official inaugural medal as well as a plaque inscribed with the identification of the plate, copyright information, fabric, and hallmarks -- along with the individual number of this specimen -- 04191. The design on the obverse replicates the image on the official inaugural medal, and bears the mark of Gilroy Roberts, chief engraver of the United States Mint who created the design of the medals as well as this plate.
