PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.The PMG Population reports shows five in this grade with just three finer, all 65EPQs for the San Francisco $100 light green seal variety. That said, it has been 10 years since either a 64 or 65 has been offered in auction. The note displays Gem centering and outstanding paper originality as the embossing is clearly evident through the PMG holder. With the demand for high grade and original $500 & $1,000s it would not surprise us one bit if the high estimate is reached or exceeded.
