1891年3月6日Hanover寄北京绿色封，贴德国20pf.票，销Hanover日戳，旁有叁分票，销天津蓝色椭圆中文戳，在封背有4月12日上海德国客邮戳，及模糊的4月20日蓝色天津海关戳，很吸引的收信人要付国内邮资入口封，十分罕见的小龙混贴封.。1885-88 Small Dragon Issues，Covers，Incoming Mail，1891 (6 Mar.) greenish envelope to Peking bearing Germany 20pf. tied by Hanover c.d.s., alongside is 3ca. mauve (defective at foot) cancelled by Tientsin seal type IV in blue and, on the reverse, German Post Office Shanghai (12.4) and faint Customs Tientsin (20.4) in blue.
