Replacement.The second 20 Pesos replacement note for the modern, Colombia printed issues and another major rarity in any grade. With security thread. Eldorado does not have a first, 1966 20 Pesos replacement, but this is very meritorious and extremely rare. Serial 00127934 with small “r” at bottom left center (scrutiny required to see, well within the tint plate color). The MWR catalog value is $1,200 in VF. A very collectible note, despite being less than perfect. The upper right corner is rounded inward a bit, though this is not noted by PMG.
